Robert C Singler Jr: Portland, Oregon, United States; rSINGLERjr@GMAIL.COM, (503) 380-6633 So yes, I'm Robert, the quiet painter and tattoo artist of this digital niche. I've got a Bachelors of Fine Arts with a focus in painting from Savannah College of Art and Design. I prefer oils, after a mock up with Adobe software using a Cintiq (digital painting on a very sensitive monitor). I'm also working on a degree in statistical psychology and will be engaging an accredited doctoral program next year. I'm a licensed tattoo artist in the State of Oregon as of this August or July of 2012. You don't have to be ready to get any ink, but feel free to email me if you're thinking about it and have questions. A 2012 study performed at a UK dermatology clinic found that 1/3 of individual regretted their tattoos. I'd advise you to look for an artist with talent and take a few months to evaluate the imagery you're thinking about. (We can kick the image discussion back and forth a few times and I won't mind.)
